Snooze, my favorite brunch spot in Irvine! Amazing selection of both sweet and savory brunch options for vegetarians and delicious flavored latte selections. I have enjoyed every dish I have tried at Snooze, and I particularly enjoy their pancake specials, an ever changing selection of flavored pancakes such as Girl Scout Cookie (Samoa) pancakes! Their combo platter of eggs, vegetarian sausage patty, sourdough, and hash browns is another of my favorites. Served with butter and fresh jam, this dish is balanced and satisfying. Snooze tends to be very popular and crowded (with good reason!) so I recommend going early to avoid the wait. Overall, 5/5 croissants, simply excellent!
